In 1976, Joseph Artuso took an opportunity to use his expertise to form a more client-centric testing agency, Construction Engineering Consultants, Inc. Joseph spent the next 44 years ensuring that the structures his clients built were up to code. This passion for the understanding of construction materials was passed down to his son, Ralph Artuso, and grandson, Jacob Artuso, who run the company today. Joseph was a leader in the concrete mix design and served on many committees. Joseph laid a foundation of hard work and commitment that Artuso CEC carries on today.
